PRESIDENT, PROJECT MANAGER, ESTIMATOR, SAFETY MANAGER, QC/QA MANAGER
With 20+ years’ experience, Billy Ortega has a solid background in construction. His knowledge includes commercial, industrial, and residential plumbing, heating, and cooling. He is skilled in installation, supervising field work, managing, estimating, bidding, all aspects of the construction project. He has been involved on multiple public works projects. Billy is currently licensed as a Journeyman Plumber, Journeyman Pipefitter, Journeyman Gas Fitter, and holds a contractor MM98 license.
PROJECT MANAGER, HVAC ESTIMATOR, SHEETMETAL JOURNEYMAN
David has worked in the construction industry for 34 years. He started as a laborer and has worked his way up to carpenter, rod buster and cement Finisher. He has worked on several Bridges in the State of New Mexico. Also, he has experience as a sheet metal worker for 24 years and is a licensed journeymen for the last 20 years. David has worked on many New Renovation HVAC Construction projects including APS Projects, City of Albuquerque, State of New Mexico, LANL, and Kirtland Air Force Base.
Evan W. Rice
CAD TECHNICIAN, PROJECT MANAGER, PLUMBING ESTIMATOR, APPRENTICE PLUMBER
Evan came to the company as a part time drafter and has worked his way up to Estimator and in turn a Project Manager during his time of employment at Ortega Plumbing and Heating. He manages all stages of construction the process from Project design to project bidding, submittals, scheduling, billing, and project close out documents. Evan’s drafting degree parallels with his knowledge of mechanical systems, which makes many of our projects successful. Evan finds working closely with engineers allows him to illustrate design requirements for our customers.
