Customer Service Representative

Job Description

• Answer incoming calls, schedule service appointments, and gather key job details (symptoms, equipment type, location, urgency).

• Provide a professional customer experience: confirm arrival windows, set expectations, and handle routine questions.

• Dispatch and coordinate daily schedules with technicians, including updates, reschedules, and emergency calls.

• Create and manage work orders, customer profiles, and notes in the CRM; ensure accurate addresses, contact info, and job history.

• Follow up with customers on estimates, approvals, and post-service satisfaction; assist with invoice questions and payment processing where required.

• Support the team with administrative tasks (filing, warranty paperwork, permit coordination as needed) and maintain clear internal communication.
