HVAC Installer

Job Description

• Install complete HVAC systems (furnaces, AC, heat pumps, air handlers, coils) according to manufacturer specs, codes, and company quality standards.

• Set equipment, connect ducting, line sets, electrical, venting, condensate drainage, and gas piping (where licensed/assigned).

• Pressure test, evacuate, and charge refrigerant systems properly; confirm airflow, temperature split, and control setup at startup.

• Complete clean, professional installs: proper hangers/supports, sealed penetrations, neat wiring, labeled components, and tidy mechanical room presentation.

• Work with the lead installer to follow job scopes, manage materials, and coordinate with customers on access and expectations.

• Complete install checklists, commissioning paperwork, and photos; communicate any scope changes or site issues to the office.
