Maintenance Technician

Job Description

• Perform scheduled HVAC maintenance (filters, cleaning coils, checking electrical components, flushing drains, inspecting belts/bearings where applicable).

• Conduct system tune-ups and basic performance checks (safety controls, temperature rise, refrigerant indicators, airflow observations).

• Identify developing issues early and communicate recommended repairs or upgrades to the customer and office.

• Maintain accurate maintenance reports, including measurements, photos, and notes for follow-up.

• Provide friendly, professional customer interaction and basic system education (thermostat use, filter intervals, maintenance benefits).

• Keep tools, vehicle, and job sites clean; follow safety procedures and company standards.
