Kevin was amazing. Gave us a good estimate quote and stuck to it. Of course, time will tell if the replacement was good - but the customer service (from both Kevin and all the people who we spoke with on the phone), the timeliness, and the willingness to explain and answer all our concerns was a nice change from those who roll their eyes and act like they're a god among the mortals. Took a little longer than expected, but appreciate the thorough work.

I was on a time crunch for repair due to upcoming surgery.
They fit me in and sent David to do the work.
Very friendly and polite. He did a fantastic job and got things up and running perfectly and less than the original quote. He even relit the boiler and hot water heater for me.

Leaking pipes and the 90° had rotted through on the pressure tank. Had to pull pressure tank for repair plus rework the plumbing to it.

I would highly recommend their services

We just bought a new house a month ago and we contacted Ortega plumbing within a few days of moving in to help us with some things. They have always been very knowledgeable, helpful and professional. A couple of days ago while having new flooring installed, a leak in the wall. We called Ortega and they immediately sent David out who was, as always, knowledgeable, professional, and really, really nice. Highly recommend!

Outstanding Service from Ortega Plumbing and Heating!
I cannot recommend Ortega Plumbing and Heating enough! When my air cooler malfunctioned during a scorching 98+ New Mexico heatwave, leaving a senior citizen in a difficult situation, they truly came to the rescue.
Their "same-day service" was an absolute lifesaver. Kevin, the service technician, arrived promptly and was incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything in detail, which made us feel completely confident that we had called the right place. The price for the repair was fair, and we were so appreciative that they even offered a military discount.
Ortega Plumbing and Heating has definitely become our "go-to guys" for any future needs. Their professionalism, expertise, and genuine care for their customers truly stand out!

I called tlc router router for my shower they said trip charges. Plus hower after that if they could not fix the issue I would have to pay for it anawey because I was so frustrated with the service and i decided to call local service provider in valance county google Ortega plumbing company and ask them for my opinion and spoken with Cathy she was able to get a time for plumbing and sent Austin and Steve be for thy got her Steve new that it would not take long io fix the plumbing problem and the price for it was what they had quoted for no stress I will always call Ortega plumbing and heating thank you very much for giving me your word

I used this company to install a duel head mini split in my house. The salesman was patient and informative and took the time to answer all my questions. The company installed my system on the exact day as discussed and arrived on-time. The installer was clean, organized and professional and courteous at all times. He left the house as clean as it was when he arrived. I highly recommend this company for any HVAC work required.

Amazing customer service from the whole team at Ortega's . From there office secretary to their field techs . The standards of quality work and customer service is definitely found in this company. John the service technician was extremely knowledgeable and exceed my expectations. John went over every aspect of my AC system and explained everything that he was doing and looking for. He was very helpful and willing to do whatever it took to get my system fixed and back to running properly. He was very budget conscious and was not trying to upsell me any other products like other companies that have came out in the past . This company keeps their word and will show up on time when they say they will. John even took time out of his day between service calls to contact me and ask how the system was running the next day . You get what you pay for . Prices are very fair for the quality of service that you receive. Definitely will use them again and highly recommend this company.

John came out to check on my refrigerated air and replace my filters and capacitor. Both times he came out he had great communication calling me prior to my appointment to give me a more accurate time of arrival and was on time. He was very thorough in his work and explained everything to me. Very professional and has a passion for his work.
