I called tlc router router for my shower they said trip charges. I used this company to install a duel head mini split in my house. The salesman was patient and informative and took the time to answer all my questions. The company installed my system on the exact day as discussed and arrived on-time. The installer was clean, organized and professional and courteous at all times. Amazing customer service from the whole team at Ortega's . From there office secretary to their field techs . The standards of quality work and customer service is definitely found in this company. John the service technician was extremely knowledgeable and exceed my expectations. John went over every aspect of my AC system and explained everything that he was doing and looking for. He was very helpful and willing to do whatever it took to get my system fixed and back to running properly. He was very budget conscious and was not trying to upsell me any other products like other companies that have came out in the past . This company keeps their word and will show up on time when they say they will. John even took time out of his day between service calls to contact me and ask how the system was running the next day . You get what you pay for . Prices are very fair for the quality of service that you receive. Definitely will use them again and highly recommend this company.

Both times he came out he had great communication calling me prior to my appointment to give me a more accurate time of arrival and was on time. He was very thorough in his work and explained everything to me. Very professional and has a passion for his work.
